Gallery Tasting
Taste through a flight of our current release wines, all exclusive to the winery and produced from our estate vineyards. This casual yet educational tasting experience features our renowned, rotating private photography collection and incredible views of our gardens and vistas of the Napa Valley. Taste with us at your own pace inside the Gallery Bar or outdoors in our Gallery Garden.
The Gallery is open to the public daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Flights are $65 each and include tastes of four, pre-selected current-release wines. Gallery Tastings are limited to a maximum of six guests per party. Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome. Please note: this is a 21+ experience.
The ultimate curated, educational experience
private estate tasting
Relax and experience our reserve-level wines with a private, seated tasting in our living room or on our vineyard terrace, where we’ve curated an experience to match the very special wines we share with you. Hosted by your own personal wine educator, you’ll experience a behind-the-scenes tour of our estate winery and vineyard, and taste through top selections from our renowned portfolio of wines.
Our Private Tastings are available daily 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Advance reservation is required. $110 per guest for this 2-hour experience. Limited to 10 total guests. An intimate and cozy room for our members only, the Members’ Room is open to book for those seeking an ultra-private, guided tasting with friends.
Private Estate Tastings in the Members’ Room are available to Members daily from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Reservations are based on availability, so please always inquire in advance by emailing concierge@turnbullwines.com. Member preferred pricing applies for up to four guests. Space is limited to 6 total guests.

the terroir experience
Beginning Monday, September 9th, we invite you to discover Turnbull in a way we’ve never shared before, as we unveil our new pinnacle private tour and tasting: The Terroir Experience.
Starting with a glass of our Sparkling Blanc de Noirs, your Terroir Experience begins with a leisurely guided tour of our lush and spacious gardens, Home Ranch Vineyard, and barrel room. Along your journey, we’ll share an authentic, behind-the-scenes glimpse into the winemaking process at Turnbull. You’ll have the opportunity to taste barrel samples hand-selected by Winemaker Peter Heitz, giving you a sneak peek of exceptional wines yet to be bottled and released.
After the tour, you’ll retire to our newly renovated Private Tasting Room for your seated tasting. Guided by your own personal Wine Educator, you’ll delve even deeper into our sustainable farming methods and unique winemaking practices as you taste through a flight of highly-sought-after library and reserve-level Cabernet Sauvignons. In addition to a delectable selection of cheeses and charcuterie, this terroir-driven flight is specially curated to enjoy with a selection of locally sourced and seasonally inspired food pairings.
The Terroir Experience is limited to groups of no more than 10 to ensure the intimate nature of your gathering. This 2.5-hour experience is offered Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Advance reservations are required. The Terroir Experience is $175 per guest. Members enjoy preferred pricing at $150 for Winemaker’s Society and Cabernet Trio Members, and $100 for Cabernet Collectors. We require a credit card to secure your reservation, which will be charged on the morning of your visit. Due to the formality of this tasting, this is a 21+ experience.
