In collaboration with the culinary masterminds behind The Progress and State Bird Provisions, and led by Winemaker Peter Heitz, we invite our Membership to this speical food and wine pairing experience.

Beyond the privilege of tasting through a custom menu curated by ChefsĀ Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski, this is also a unique opportunity for our guests to learn firsthand, from the Winemaker himself, the stories and nuance behind each of the wines shared.
